Service Description

These workouts blend barre, pilates and ballet-derived techniques to tone and lengthen muscles and build a strong, solid and stable core. This helps alleviate pain, prevent injuries, and improves overall balance and coordination. This class can ALSO be beneficial to those recovering from surgery, prior or current injuries, or currently involved in physical therapy. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME BASIC EXERCISE MODIFICATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED NO SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT NECESSARY
