If you are brand new to us and have booked online any service, plan or package, please expect us to contact you regarding scheduling an introductory call first.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT & POLICIES: Zelle preferred (no fees): $5 discount on monthly packages; Zelle info: Rosa Angelova, +1 (925) 330-7987 OR rosa.angelova@gmail.com. Rates apply Feb 1, 2026, or after current package ends (no mid-package changes). 45-min online sessions. Payment due in advance, non-refundable, 24-hr cancellation notice required. Monthly packages include 1 forgiven late cancellation; packages may be paused for vacations (up to 1 month) and resumed later.
